1. Is it safe for me to use my credit card on your site? Is it secure? When ordering on-line, you are protected by Secure Socket Layer (“SSL”) technology. SSL technology utilizes advanced encryption in order to protect the information transmitted between your computer and our store server. Any personal information entered on the website, including your name and credit card information, is securely dispatched over the Internet. 

2. When will my credit card be charged? Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed. 

3. What forms of payment do you accept? Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards and PayPal are accepted.

4. How do I cancel or edit my order? To cancel or make any changes to your order please call 1-800-494-1956 or e-mail us at Sales@Sheffafoods.com.

 

Shipping & Delivery FAQ

1. How do you ship and what is the cost? We ship via Federal Express and US Postal Service Priority Mail. We offer Standard Ground Shipping and charge a flat rate of $7.00.

For order of $65.00 or more, shipping is FREE.

2. Can you ship to my PO Box? Yes, we will ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail.

3. How long will it take my order to ship? All orders are processed in approximately 1-3 business days.

4. Will I receive confirmation information for my order? A confirmation containing details of your order will be emailed to you when your order is received and payment confirmed.

5. Do you ship internationally? At this time, we are unable to ship outside of the Continental United States.
